Got the ham & pasta, lobster pasta and sundae for dessert. The food was delicious, service good and atmosphere cozy. I enjoyed the dessert even more than food, very nice pistachio flavor on the sundae. Only caveat I'd say is food is rather oily.

Our kids said this was their favorite restaurant. We understand why. Service extraordinaire. The owner comes and gives recommendations. The food - for all of us - was delicious. There aren’t a ton of tables, so you probably need reservations, but if you’re in the area this is worth the time.

Absolutely amazing food. I the Misto mare, which was amazing. The lemoncello gelato desert was one of the best things I have had. Only drawback is it's a very small location so are close and reservations required. Worth it though.

From the moment we walked in, we felt like we were visiting old friends in Italy rather than dining out. The owners were beyond welcoming—genuinely kind, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. It’s rare these days to find a place where you feel so at home the second you sit down. The food? Absolutely fantastic. The filet mignon was cooked to perfection—juicy, tender, and seasoned just right. The appetizers set the tone for the night—bursting with flavor and clearly made with fresh, quality ingredients. Every bite felt like it had been made with love. It’s the kind of restaurant where you linger a little longer, not just because the food is excellent, but because the people make you feel like you belong there. A true gem—this will be our go-to spot for a long time to come.

We love this restaurant and come here often. The food is really, really good and we are usually served by the owner, Risa. She is perky and darling and we look forward to seeing her when we go. Her husband Rick always comes out to say hello and make sure we enjoyed our meals. The place is very small, so definitely make a reservation, even on a Tuesday. But it has a very family feel to it. Highly recommend!

10/10 experience. From start to finish every part of eating here was phenomenal. The service all the way from the owner to the weight staff was phenomenal, the owner Rick personally chatted with us several times. The food was absolutely stellar and absolutely delicious. Worth every penny considering the quality. Will definitely be back many times in the future!

Montalcino is now our favorite Eastside Italian restaurant. I cannot stress enough how jaw droppingly delicious every dish and bite was. Their menu was fantastic with a wide range of options to meet anyone's fancy, and the staff was attentive, but not overbearing in the smaller dining space. We'll be coming back to celebrate all our major milestones or whenever we're craving Italian! PS - Definitely get a reservation!
